I've hit a road block

and am a bad lil heathen. Why? Because of this

via Lost Heros
I've seen this posted several times and finally had time to really dig into it. This is where my road block came. I don't believe in Elves or Dwarves. Yes, spank me now.... I am a bad heathen. I just can't bring myself to believe in these things. I know this is horrible and important to my path. If I can not believe, I can not be Tru. I would only be a "poser" Heathen, no?

So I'm at my wits end and need some guidance. Convincing that these Elves and Dwarves exist. Any information you can share with me would be great appreciated, otherwise, I fear I can not be Tru to myself nor Asatru and my path will come again.....to change.

A child & her mother...

A child & her mother...

I wanted to share this with you because it is a very important part of my life and helped "mold" who I am today.

I also like to wish all the Mother's a very special and Happy Mother's Day. Don't for once think your job goes unnoticed! We are all truly special, whether you are a human child mommy, a furbaby mommy, a step-mommy, or mommy to something or someone else.

Much love to all of you! Muwah!

Mom was a lil "tipsy". :)

p.s. Feel free to subscribe to my other blog as it is more active.
I am keeping the Pagan In Me blog for more spiritually
related posts. Thanks again for  all the support!

My path has evolved again

It almost comes naturally. Now whenI wake up and thank the Gods and Goddesses for another day of breath. Another day to try and change the world, or at least their views about Pagans and Pit Bulls. It's on on-going thing. Yet, I used to leave post-it notes to remind me of these things.

No more. Like I said, it comes naturally now. A look at the sun, the moon, a butterfly, a bird and I feel connected. Who need theatrics. It doesn't get you that closer to the Gods and Goddess, or so that's my belief. I can stare out the window, focus on the tree, the sky and still connect with them.

They are all around me, within me. They are watching to make sure I'm a good heathen. They will kick me in my bum when I need it.

My journey has turned into a lifestyle.

"Change" can be so refreshing

I finally made the decision to move my wordpress blog to blogger. It makes it easier having both blogs on blogger imo. In the process, I decided to change the name, in hopes that in the future, I may merge this blog with it. Then I decided may be not so good to just import the blog posts from wp into the new blogger and start fresh. Fresh, snarky, and naughty. :) Eventually importing a select few good ones.

So I did it. My new blog, which is take over from the Four-Legged Mom blog, is called Pibbles & the Hormonal Heathen. What's it about? ME ME ME ;) . Actually, Pibbles is a nick name for pit bulls. Yes, beautiful lil pitties. Heathen, of course, is my current path. The Hormonal part, well yes, I'm 43 years OLD and continuing into my pre-menopausal years and can be very hormonal at times. Although I usually don't see the humor in it at the time, I can always look back and giggle about it.

Anyway, just wanted to share my new venture with you and invite you to join me, if you want. :)
